We are sending off Mya’s DNA to have her pattern authenticated with vetgen.

Once those official results are in I will scan the report and put it up on the website.

Mya was born here Very early spring 2007.  Her mother is a bright white ‘Gabby’ (now retired) and her father is Rusty our liver/tan stud male.

As you can see Mya was one of 3 born in her litter that are a light Fawn color the others are a classic sable color.  Genetically this is called an Ay sable and the Classics are called Aw sables.

Mya (at 9 wks) is outgoing, has wonderful presence, never meets a stranger and is an ideal companion bred GSD.

As you can see in the photo on the left she is pregnant, she had her puppies 12 days after this picture was taken.

 

I sent Mya’s DNA in to Vetgen to have her color identified.  Mya’s DNA results are in from vetgen she IS an Ay.
